Not only is it Global Day of Parents, it's World Milk day! 🍼 Did you know that parent pigeons, doves, flamingos, and (male) emperor penguins all produce "crop milk" for their babies to eat? Crop milk is a nutrient-rich substance produced from a pouch in their throat (called a crop) that offers protein, fat, and immune cells for baby birds. 🐣
