Alternative flours are often used regularly in other cultures. Because of this, many of THE BEST 💯gluten-free treats come from overseas! These traditional Malaysian 🇲🇾 cookies are a wonderful example. These stunning Kuih Bangkit Santan cookies, made with toasted tapioca flour and coconut cream 🥥, are exceptionally light and airy and are known for the magical way they seem to just melt in your mouth. And because they are both gluten AND dairy free, they are a naturally safe food for many with allergies!
