Is there any other 36 year old having coffee and playing with Wwf figures at five in the AM? After a decade or more without watching any wrestling, I’ve been on an absolute binge of WWF tbe last few weeks. Currently playing with toys……

God I love these WWF figures😂. The value of these remained flat for YEARS…. until the last couple of years apparently. Looks like I might have lost my chance to complete my childhood collection of wrestlers. I will complete it at some point, I’ll never sell a single one of these. There is a handful of my best ones not included in this image.

Just curious, How many other collectors out there are also holding a new old stock set of early model Powell Peralta Bones in WHITE? Early model meaning Rat Bones, ones/twos/threes, streets, cubics, etc etc. Recently struck me how scarce the whites are especially in never used condition. you own a set let me know in comments… my gut instinct tells me Powell likely manufactured only a small amount of early model bones in white compared to just about every other color.

Also, does anyone have the slightest idea if Powell ever kept did any sort of record keeping for quantities of specific deck/wheel models manufactured? I would love to ask if any records were kept for production runs of various colorways of Decks and wheels but something tells me there’s no way that ever existed.

The whites are still hands down my favorite set of NOS in collection, When set up on a “display” complete they always make the graphic pop more than most others…. especially if whites are used on pig shape Mcgills, Rippers, Hawks, skull/sword etc.

Hey what’s going on ….hope all is well. Haven’t been on Instagram or any thing like such for a while but thought I’d check in. Still been skating… I can’t believe I’m gonna be 37 soon that scares the f*ck out of me…..

Anyway i was just through my office space for the first time in a while….OVERWHELMING to say the least. Man, I have so much great stuff. You legitimately wouldn’t believe how much. Video games, toys, collectibles, vintage electronics, more vintage electronics etc. etc. etc. I might start posting some of my stuff for sale either for display or possibly also list a few items for sale for the first time in a while

(3)NOS 2009 Powell Mini-Logo Skateboard Decks

After a legitimate year of pausing my “comeback into skateboarding” (or midlife crisis..?), I finally found a few of my favorite size /shape decks & pumped to setup and start skating again. I haven’t been on this Account for at least half a year …. I am coming back and will post more cool skateboard images, items for sale and hopefully more videos of continued skateboard progression.

The difference in quality between these and “modern day” decks is insane. You can immediately see/feel the difference in craftsmanship …and you ask yourself why? Why are modern day decks so flat and just…..”off?”
It was then I realized the company was still manufacturing the decks in house at their California, USA HQ.

As someone who grew up skating when the entire industry was made up entirely of skater owned companies, I’m still blown away everything now is outsourced to China. The Skateboard industry used to be very unique; it NEVER outsourced to China, not a single company.

Mini Logo, please manufacture deep concave decks again! Why are all the 7.75” (and even 8”) decks now insanely short, without even the option of standard legnth? Years ago, the selection is what made mini Logo decks superior. Current ML decks are all flat as f*ck incredibly short in the smaller width decks. Honestly, more than half of the younger generation thinks the mini Logo company is a “mini deck” manufacturer, making boards for the 12 year old. Just saying, bring back size/shape selection… And possibly even bring back the Powell name to Mini Logo brand name. Sorry for the rant… Just annoyed how hard it is to find a deck that has deep concave.

I’m not one to “advertise” but PUMPED to see this Hawk Documentary on HBO Max. Document has HBO’s Top billing, right on top when you open the app.

Tony Hawk has remained a living legend and cultural icon. Dare I say “the Mich…….” Ahahah

My return to skateboarding after a 15 year break. Having the ability to Skateboard is like a gift from god hahaha ….. if you’re a skater you know exactly what I’m talking about, especially if you are pushing past 30 years old.

Anyone remember these Steve Caballero Mini Logo decks? I have no idea how I do remember buying one of these considering they were released during my first couple years of skateboarding…. If I remember correctly they also made an Andy McDonald Powell mini logo deck. These were before the “Bones Brigade” mini logo powells from early 2000.

I would love to have a NOS one of these, but just like most of the mid to late 90s Powell mini Logo decks, they simply don’t seem to exist new.

Quite a colorful photo of part of my collection back in 2018 I believe….. in my opinion these decks always display much better as completes rather than deck only.

Found this bad boy at a Savers last night! Rodney Mullen vs Daewon Song is some of best skateboard footage of all time and would impress even those have 0 interest in skating.

I grew up watching this VHS; I used to stay over my good friends house every other Friday and watched this and the 90’s Plan B tape COUNTLESS amounts of time.

This video brought Mullen’s legacy into the next generation of skaters. Everyone would ask “Have you seen the Mullen vs…….??!?” as it was GROUNDBREAKING. .Keep in mind in the early 2000s no one hears the term “freestyle skateboarding.” This one still holds up and always will.

I need a new deck….again, one that has POP and concave. After skating with my first “modern day” / 2021 deck i’m very disappointed. Although it looks bad ass there’s just something missing… Any other skaters from 20 years ago have the same mentality or is it just me??

Between the concave shape and wheel base, these new decks aren’t for me.
