Apparently this week wants to crush us. First, we lose our Dolly, and now we lose Tim Curry. Both extreme icons in our world and such a great loss to so many of us because they inspired us in many many ways to be who we are and to be strong and not afraid of who we are. I hope everyone out there is doing good this week hug your loved ones and your puppies and your kitties is a little bit tighter this week and don’t forget to stop and smell the flowers along the way. Remember what is important in life and forget those things that are not important. They said everyone!

I just had a lovely lady come into the shop with some of her beautiful berets that she has made by hand. The pictures don’t quite do them justice. There are embellishments sewn into them. Take a look these are great holiday items to start thinking about if you’re looking to get into fall and the holiday mode, which is coming upon us quickly, I just put her stuff on the shelf and they’re very cool designs so check it out.

I am very happy to announce we have another new artist in our shop! Cathy is out of Beaverton Oregon and she does some very beautiful high-end necklaces and some very adorable waterproof stickers. Here are some pictures of her work. The lighting just doesn’t do it justice you must come in and see her stuff in person. These pieces are wonderful for giftgiving during the holidays as well. They are just gorgeous.
