WE 👏 CAN’T 👏 WAIT!

We just finished building out the full itinerary for The Recalibrate Retreat, and we are SO excited to finally share more of what we’ve been dreaming up for you. 🤍

December 10–14, we’re heading to Mexico for four days designed to help you step out of the holiday rush for a minute, move your body, slow down, have fun, and come home feeling more grounded, clear, and reconnected to yourself.

We’ve planned a mix of beachfront Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Yin + Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, goal-setting, a yoga workshop, a traditional Mesoamerican Temazcal sweat lodge ceremony, salsa dancing, a private beach bonfire, and more — with plenty of open space built in to hang by the pool or beach, explore, read, nap, or completely do your own thing.

We only have a few spots left, and we have two extra perks if you’re ready to join us:

* Through 10/4, put your deposit down and we’ll reimburse up to $400 toward your airfare.
* Book a room with a friend and you’ll each receive an additional $150 off.

This retreat isn’t about packing every minute of the day. We wanted it to feel spacious, balanced, fun, restorative, and like a true reset before the holidays and the start of a new year.

A fun, movement-filled class designed to get kids moving, building strength, practicing yoga, and having FUN!

108 Sun Salutations is one of those practices you have to experience at least once. 🌊

If you’ve never done it before, don’t let the number 108 intimidate you! This isn’t about doing every single rep perfectly. You can modify, skip rounds, take breaks, or rest whenever you need.

We’ll move together through the practice, play with some fun variations along the way, and let the repetition of breath + movement turn into a moving meditation. There’s something really cool about the energy of a room moving through it together.

It’s challenging, grounding, energizing and such a fun experience — I highly recommend giving it a try.
