I was lucky enough to return a Fios box to this location. During my conversation with the desk, I had the assistance of Bayron Guttierez. I asked how to move my Fios service because we are getting ready to move. Well, this young man offered to help move my Verizon service and he did it flawlessly. Well, the move is not going as smoothly as we would have liked, so we had to postpone the Fios install. I called Bayron back today and within minutes he had rescheduled this service. In today's world of mediocre customer service, this Verizon employee goes way above normal customer service. He is intelligent, knows his company and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!
