Today I met up with our little man of the year COLE, his mom and grandma to deliver his penguin and money all of our dear customers donated to help him. It was an incredibly heartwarming moment to meet this family. Cole has a smile as big as the ocean and a personality to go with it. What an extraordinary young man and a privilege it is to meet him. A huge thank you to all of our customers who gave so graciously to fill his jar. Cole is doing great and mom says he has 3 more chemo treatments to go but will still have to do follow up visits to children’s. A round of applause to Cole for keeping that smile thru all he’s endured and to all of you for helping to make his smile continue.

A warm thank you to all our customers who came to fill their gardens with color and plants. The end of the season always seems to come so fast but with the storm threat we had yesterday and today we had to close down early to protect the stand. Please do NOT bring us your empty pots you bought plants from at other stores. We DO NOT reuse or recycle them. We have to now take them home to our own homes to dispose of them. Some of our homes do not have garbage pick up so we have to take them to a disposal sight ourselves. This is not cool people!
