Shoot me a message if you want anything specific and I can do my best to make sure I bring it down. We will be operating on a smaller footprint. There’s no way I’m setting up and taking down a tent and water barrels in the winter. 🥶

If you enjoy fireworks you may want to reach out to your legislators and let them know what you want. Or if you don’t enjoy them, we are all welcome to voice our wants.

They are currently under the impression that it is near unanimous that Utahns do not want them and will be looking into law changes next year.

Just an FYI for anyone that isn’t happy about us selling fireworks.

I am not contractually obligated to stay open.

It is not a fundraiser to help a family member that needs medical attention.

It is not to make sure my kids can stay in sports.

I enjoy offering high quality fireworks at a reasonable price to hard working blue collar folks just like me.

I am a small local business owner.

I am local to Ogden.

I do use the money to help with my daughters cheer and donate to the Ogden cheer team. I will pay for her sports regardless though.

I am passionate about fireworks and the safe use of them.

I am passionate about my freedoms not being stepped on along with keeping our community safe.
If you can show me historical data that supports a complete ban than I will listen and make judgment. I have not seen such things yet. Just the blanket nonsense that is irrelevant to urban areas.
