Here is just some of the information we'll go over:
BAMO Robotics Founding Team
Grades 6–8
Six-month season: $1,400 total
BAMO Robotics isn't simply a LEGO weekly building class. It's the platform students will use to learn:
Engineering
Coding
Problem Solving
Teamwork
Leadership
Persistence
In the BAMO Robotics program, students will be given engineering and competition problems that require them to:
Design and build working robots
Program motors and sensors
Learn coding logic
Test ideas and troubleshoot failures
Understand gears, traction, torque and mechanical design
Develop competition strategy
Work with teammates
Communicate ideas
Manage a project toward a real deadline
Learn to redesign instead of giving up when something fails
This program is limited to 8 students
Students aren't sitting in a large classroom watching someone else demonstrate a robot. They will be actively building, coding, testing, designing, and competing.
