We know the parking can be confusing and we wish that we had control over the situation but we are not affiliated with the parking enforcement. Just a reminder that when you come to the Art Box or The Monarch, you do not need to pay for parking. In our store at the cash wrap, or on the sign board in the lobby of The Monarch, you can scan the QR code and enter your license plate information to validate your parking so you don't have to pay. We are not able to reimburse for parking but try to give you the information you need to keep you from having to pay for parking, or receiving a ticket.
We appreciate our customers choosing to shop with us and understand how frustrating the parking situation downtown is. Thank you for your understanding and continuing to shop with us. We wouldn't be here without you.
