There’s something really special about independent bookstores.

They’re more than shelves filled with books. They’re places where readers discover new favorites, celebrate stories they love, and find a community that understands why one more book is always a good idea.

That’s why I’m so excited to celebrate Romance Bookstore Day with all of you on August 15.

Instead of making it all about us, I wanted to create something that felt like a thank you. So this year, we’re turning the day into A Love Letter to Our Readers.

When you visit, you’ll receive a Love Letter filled with fun activities to complete throughout your visit, plus you’ll have the chance to enter our Happily Ever After Giveaway. We’ll also have a few exclusive surprises that we’ll be sharing over the next couple of weeks.

We’re so excited to welcome another local Utah author to The Romantics Archive!

Join us on Saturday, August 1, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM as we celebrate the release of Checked Out, the debut novel by Kellen Tucker.

Set inside the historic Lillian Hotel, Checked Out follows an overworked architect and a hotel employee whose unexpected connection helps them rediscover the dreams they’ve long buried. We’re so excited to officially announce The Cowboy Romance Roundup, The Romantics Archive’s four-day western romance pop-up at the Weber County Fair!
