WOO HOO… we officially made it through our first weekend! 🌊🧼🤍
Is the shop exactly where we want it yet? Nope! 😂 We still have things to add, displays to finish and plenty of little details to work on — but we felt ready to open the doors, and we are SO glad we did.
This weekend was just so much fun, and yesterday especially was unbelievable. We met so many wonderful locals who came in to welcome us, support our little shop and fill us in on everything Ogunquit — where to get the best lobster roll 🦞, events we need to know about in September, places we have to visit and all the little local tips you only get from people who actually live here. We loved every minute of it!
And THANK YOU for supporting our handmade products! So many beautiful gift sets went out the door this weekend, and you guys absolutely loved all the little shell embellishments we’ve been adding. 🐚🤍
And somehow, on a 90° weekend, our TOP SELLING CANDLE was… Sweater Weather! 😂🍂 Apparently we are all ready for fall, even if Mother Nature isn’t!
More than anything, thank you for the incredibly warm welcome. Opening a new shop in a new town is a little scary, and having so many locals walk through our doors, introduce themselves and support a new small business meant more to us than you know.
We are so happy to be here and so excited to be part of this community. 💙
We WILL be open tomorrow and Tuesday morning! This week we’re going to fine-tune our hours a little bit and figure out what makes the most sense going forward, so keep an eye on our page for updated hours.
