✨🚧 HERE WE GO… THE REMODEL HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN! 🚧✨

It’s happening, friends!!! 💕🪡

This week, the very beginning of our Soulfully Stitched transformation is underway, and we could not be more excited to take you along for the ride!

👷‍♂️ The A/C company has arrived!
And I’m told our brand-new A/C will be up and running in the next couple of days! 🙌 Because let’s be honest… beautiful quilts and sewing are much more enjoyable when we’re not sweating over them! 😂❄️

🛠️ The walls are getting ready to be prepped…

📐 Plans are happening behind the scenes…

💭 Ideas are becoming reality…

💕 And there is SO much more going on behind the scenes that we can’t wait to show you!

We have been dreaming, planning, measuring, choosing, imagining, and praying over this space for quite some time.

And now… we are watching it come to life!

Our goal is to create something truly special! A beautiful, warm, welcoming space where you can come to shop, sew, learn, create, gather, laugh, make new friends, and feel right at home.

💖🧵 PAJAMAS AT SOULFULLY STITCHED!

Our Kids Club & Teens took on a big garment project and absolutely crushed it. They learned how to read and assemble a real sewing pattern, match and sew their pieces together, and even serged their seams for that clean, professional finish. 🧵

This group didn’t just build new skills… they built community. The room was full of encouragement, teamwork, and those sweet moments where one young maker helps another master a tricky step. That’s the heart of Soulfully Stitched: learning together, laughing together, creating together.

We’re so proud of every single sewist who stitched their way through this project. Their pajamas look amazing, but their confidence is what truly shines.

We are so blessed to have the instruction of professional dresser, Miss Elizabeth Munoz, pouring into our kids, teens, and our grown-ups, too. We are grateful for her influence and instruction.

🩷🧵 WE DID IT! Our FIRST Quilting 101 Class is officially in the books! 🧵🩷

What a wonderful day at Soulfully Stitched! Our Quilting 101 students came ready to learn, and they left with more than just new sewing skills… they left with new friendships, lots of laughs, and memories we hope they’ll treasure. 💕

We learned the basics:
🧵 How to thread a bobbin
🪡 How to properly thread the sewing machine
✂️ How to get comfortable with our machines
📏 A few important sewing tips and techniques

And then came the BIG finish… our very first project! 🎉

We made sewing-themed pillowcases to mark the occasion, and we didn’t stop at simply putting them together. These ladies learned how to sew a French seam, giving their pillowcases that beautiful, clean, professional finish! ✨

But perhaps the best part of the day wasn't what we learned with our hands… it was what happened around the table. ❤️

We talked.
We laughed.
We discovered things about each other.
We encouraged one another.
And somewhere along the way, strangers became friends. 🥰

That is exactly what we hope happens at Soulfully Stitched. It's not just about fabric and sewing machines. It's about community, confidence, creativity, and the friendships that grow stitch by stitch.

Congratulations to our Quilting 101 students! 🎉🩷
