James Howard Alberti, III

James Howard Alberti, III died April 22, 2025. He was born April 12, 1970 in Miami, Florida. He was a resident of Okeechobee for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing with family, flea marketing and buying storage units.

Mr. Alberti was preceded in death by his father, James H. Alberti, Jr. and stepmother, Kathy Alberti.

James is survived by his wife of 24 years, Bonnie Alberti, of Okeechobee, Florida; son, Tommy Billy Rivers (Stacy), of Okeechobee, Florida; daughter, Bonne Kuzeveki (Tome), of Stuart, Florida; six grandchildren, Bianca Montoya, William Rivers, Tome Kuzeveki, Johanna Rivers, Katie Rivers, and Justin Kuzeveki; two great grandchildren, Skylar and Leah; brother, Michael; sister, Jamie Lori; mother, Penny Walker; stepmothers, Maggie Sullivin; and many more family members.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.

Beware,if anyone is offering to sell their business at the The Big O Flea market we encourage the sale however, if you wish to continue on with that business at our flea market, you must be approved by the office. Please do not exchange any monies for an agreement to rent this space before you have been approved by management in the office of the flea market. failure to have preapproval to rent a space at the flea market may result in you having to empty the unit of the items you purchased.

The big O flea market is working hard to accommodate as many new vendors as we can and as fast as we can. If you are interested in renting a booth at the flea market, please come to the office on Saturday or Sunday between the hours of eight and three and place your name on the waiting list, we look forward to having lots of new friends.
