... BE THERE

When given a choice, I'd always choose you
I hope that I would also be your choice too
I'd always treat you like my King
And expect to always be your Qeeen
I would always have your back
Be around to pick up your slack
I'd be there through good and bad
Be there as well for happy or sad
Whatever your worries, whatever your problems
I'll always be there to help you resolve them
Whenever you're in need, you just need to call
Gloom or doom, I'm there for it all
There's only one thing that I ask of you
I need you to always be there for me too.

If ever you'd want to be in the know
Barbara Jean is where you would go
To get the family 411, you just need to call
Barbara Jean had the news & whereabouts of all
She was a mother figure to me and many others
Barbara Jean was a loving,mother of mothers

I know how you felt
When you were with me
So quit lying to him
That you didn't love me

Cause I know you did
To you, I was like the air
Without which you couldn't breathe
So quit denying you loved me

I know how it felt
The chemical reactions as we held hands
The tight hugs from breast to chest
How you loved to tell me I'm smart

So quit denying
You felt something for me
Although we never said I love yous
With our actions, we did prove
