🚨 NFA UPDATE 🚨

ATF has finally provided an update regarding guidance following our NFA victory.

According to ATF Director Robert Cekada, the agency is not currently treating Form 4473 transfers for suppressors as violations, with additional guidance expected in the coming weeks.

We’ll continue monitoring the rollout and keep gun owners and FFLs updated as more information becomes available.

Our department would like to recognize Cpl. Ellis as the officer of the 2nd quarter for 2026 after being nominated by his peers. Cpl. Ellis was nominated for the professionalism and teamwork he demonstrates regularly at our department. Cpl. Ellis has done an outstanding job in his role as a traffic enforcement officer and has also assisted in covering multiple shifts for others when needed. Cpl. Ellis has received commendations from the public for his work and the professionalism he demonstrates while performing his duties.
