Bait Boss Tanks

Hey all! Been a while since I posted because I've been trying to keep up with tank demand since my last post about a year ago! Just wanted to let you know that I am still building as fast as I can. I've had a bum hip for the past year and a half or so that has slowed my building down more than expected. I just had that fixed last week and I'm as excited as can be to heal up and have a great summer at the lake and get back in the shop! I have a few tanks in progress right now and will continue to post some updates from here on out. Honestly, it will probably take a while to get up to full speed, but please keep checking with me. I have been getting great reports over the past year about the new tank, including from guys winning tournaments, fishing guides, and everyday folks able to easily keep their bait alive in their Bait Boss Tank! Talk soon!

Quick update!

The new tank is progressing nicely and things are starting to come together. This tank is going to be one of a kind and will meet all the needs of our delicate shad or other bait fish! It is going to have what I think will be the best in the industry...a full one inch of insulation, with an additional 1/4 inch of super strong and durable protective coating. It will have excellent aeration, filtration, and circulation, and I can hardly wait to bring it out to the market! Still shooting to have it ready by the end of the month!

Oh, and this tank will be affordable....it will be the best value on the market! If you are in the market for a 25ish gallon tank and can wait a couple weeks, I definitely would wait to see the all new, redesigned Bait Boss Tank!!

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

I have been informed that the KA-26 tank, which is the foundation of the Bait Boss Tank, has been discontinued. I bought the last few from the factory and was told that the molds have been destroyed. Due to this development, I have been working on a completely proprietary tank design, and am planning to have it available for sale by mid to late February. When one door closes, another opens, and this one is going to be fantastic! I'm very excited about this new tank and I believe it will be well worth the wait. Without revealing too much, it is going to have some really great features, and will be super tough and durable. I also plan to offer multiple sizes. Greetings fello fishermen/women! As of 11/12/2024, I don't have any tanks to build. I do have an order pending which should ship in the very near future, so I will have some soon. This tank would make a great Christmas present for your husband, dad, uncle, brother, or anyone else who loves to fish with live bait! As long as there are no issues with my shipment, I should be able to get tanks out to you before Christmas! I'll update my website as soon as I have tanks on hand and they are ready to go. Got out of the garage and on the water for some Labor Day fishing. Easy bait around docks and caught a few stripers. Bunch of catfish biting at every stop. I pushed my tank to the limit with probably 200 shad! I mean the water in the tank was black! Caught the shad Saturday afternoon and returned the leftovers to the lake Sunday afternoon. Tank did great and the shad stayed healthy the entire trip! I’m still doing ok on inventory, but orders are steady so act fast if you want a tank!

Interesting…we’ve been sweltering away in this heat and it feels like it keeps getting worse. Fact is, no summer in Oklahoma since 2012 is even in the top 10! These are just 2 charts that show historically this isn’t near as bad as it has been….

This is what I love about fishing…you meet the best people! So happy and honored to meet Lauren and her dad, Doren (by phone), who are avid catfish tournament fishers all around Oklahoma.
