Orchids come in many different sizes and almost every color.
Some flowers can be just a few millimeters across while others can be as large as 10 inches wide. The giant orchid Grammatophyllum speciosum can grow several meters tall and produce hundreds of flowers on a single plant.
You'll find orchid blooms in white, pink, purple, yellow, orange, green, and many patterned combinations. True blue orchids are extremely rare in nature.
