2023 was rough but the team continues to grow.
I never fully thought I could design on the level I get to design now.
And in 2024 we officially have a full mens design team and a full women’s design team with lead designers and production teams.

I keep my growth quiet because so many people told me to my face I’d fail, that I didn’t want winning to look like proving them wrong. I’m grateful my wins are about proving that betting on myself has always been the right choice.

Too many people put emphasis on being next up, with out the understanding you’ll never be “Next Up” again. At that point you’re either on or off so don’t rush it.

Don’t chase perfectionism, chase excellence.
