I'm happy to announce that my full menu will officially be available again starting tomorrow!

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding while candied fruit orders were temporarily limited. I'm feeling much better and I'm excited to get back to making all of your favorite treats.

I'll be restocking tomorrow, and once everything is stocked, my full menu will be available for ordering again!

Thank you all for your continued love and support. It truly means so much to me, and I can't wait to start filling your orders again.

Hi everyone! ❤️

Due to a health issue, Mels Treatz will be making a few temporary changes while I focus on my recovery.

Candied fruit orders are paused until further notice.

For the time being, I may accept a limited number of orders for select menu items on a case-by-case basis. Contactless pickup and delivery (delivery fee applies based on location) may be available.

Side note: If you've already placed and paid for an order, or you're currently expecting an order, don't worry—your order will still be completed as planned.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while I take the time I need to recover. I'll share an update as soon as I'm ready to resume normal operations.

The Double Candied Bacon is officially complete!

I already shared my attempts making this one, but I had to show off the final result 🤎 The Churro candy coating with the bacon turned out even better than I expected!

Sweet, cinnamon, salty, and crunchy… it’s definitely a unique combo 👀

POV: A loyal customer challenged me to make double candied bacon… and it took me THREE tries to get it just right. 😅🥓🍭
This bacon is first candied in the oven with brown sugar and spices, then dipped in a hard candy coating for an extra sweet crunch! I finished this churro-inspired version with a dusting of powdered sugar. ✨
Now I have to know… would YOU try this? 👀👇
