This brand new GMC AT4 came in for a complete audio system!
This truck was equipped with the bottom tier Bose system which consists of a 2way front stage, coaxial rears and a console sub.
By choice of the owner, we converted it to a 3 way active, 2 way passive rear with 2 sealed downfire 12s.
For a deadened foundation, we went with shield throughout the truck, inside the doors and SGS door blocker panels.
For integration we went to our friends at NAV-TV for their avb unit for a perfectly clean and un-altered signal.
For DSP and amplification we went to our pals at Audio Dynamics and used their 1200.8 dsp/amp and a sd1200.1 for the subs.
In the front we used AD H1 tweeters, AD 2" 3k series in the dash, and AD 8" 3k series in the doors, mounted with our own designed and printed adapters for an oem fit and finish.
In the rear we went with AD 6.5" 2k series component set in passive.
Under the rear seat we used AD 12" shallow subs receing 1200w RMS in an MTI Acoustics sealed down-fire box.
To dial it all in, we used the Garmin Audio JL Max 5mic array system and years of ongoing training with MSE to give this ride the best sounding audio system we could, without guessing. Once the customer arrives to pick up their vehicle with sit with them for at least an hour to dial that last few percent in just how THEY like it.
