No business is built alone.
When Leon Flooring first opened, it was just John Leon and office manager Deb Hougham figuring things out as they went. While John focused on sales and keeping installers busy, Deb brought her experience working with businesses and handled the paperwork, HR, and countless details behind the scenes. Through the support of Deb and her husband, Doc, the foundation was laid for what Leon Flooring would become.
As the company has grown, so has the list of people who have helped along the way—employees, friends, family members, and community supporters who stepped up when it mattered most.
As Leon puts it:
