Treat lawn & garden fungal issues before they spread! ❌

Excess rain and humid summer temperatures can cause fungal diseases to pop up around your landscape.

In the lawn, look out for:
➡️ Circular or irregular spots of dead, sunken, or brown grass
➡️ Straw-like yellow spots
➡️ Web-like/cotton coating on grass blades on damp mornings
➡️ Thinning grass that becomes rust-colored
Treat with BioAdvanced Fungus Control for Lawns or Bonide Infuse Systemic Disease Control

In the garden, look out for:
➡️ Drooping or wilting
➡️ White spots or ashy-looking leaves
➡️ reddish or black spots that turn orange/yellow
➡️ Raised orange spots

It's ornamental grass season! 🌾

Late summer through fall is when ornamental grasses really shine! Low-maintenance and tough, grasses are excellent for common issues like salt, wind, poor soil, and drought. If you need an easy plant that doesn't mind these harsh conditions, be sure to give these varieties a try!

➡️ Pennisetum 'Hameln' - Dwarf grass with attractive wheat-colored seed heads
➡️ Little Bluestem 'Standing Ovation' - A VW favorite, native with great fall color
➡️ Miscanthus 'Adiago' - Dwarf variety with narrow, silver-green blades that turn yellow, red, and orange in the fall
➡️ Big Bluestem 'Blackhawks' - 2026 perennial of the year! Deep purple fall color
➡️ Pennisetum 'Rubrum' - Annual grass, perfect for fall containers!
