Hi everyone! I have an idea, hopefully a good one. Ever since Joann closed people have been asking where they can buy good quality fabric for garment making. I’d like to make a list of shops according to the state it’s in. I will have to make it a group page, a public page, where the list can be kept and accessed by all members.
What do you think?

Good morning, everyone. Eileen here. I’ve had a hard time the last couple months, doing any kind of sewing and stitching and quilting. My husband was pretty sick back in October and that really threw me off. I felt like I was barely treading water back then.
How did I get through it? You might ask. I just gave myself time. When I decided it was time to start working again I realized I had a hard time with anything complex so I went back to basics. I started doing cookie cutter ornaments. Very basic embroidery skills are necessary. After getting three done, I realize I’m better now.
So here’s a question for everyone.
When you find yourself in that funky, what the heck do I do moment, how do you handle it? What do you do to get through it?
During that time, I isolated myself. Now I’m back laughing with everyone and enjoying company again.
How do you handle it because we all go through it at least one time in our lives.
