Let's take a trip down memory lane today!
What is (or was) your child's favorite book? The one they asked you to read over and over and over again until you practically had it memorized! 📖🥰

For us, that book was Busy Day - Chef 👩‍🍳
We still read this book often with Edie! She never gets tired of it, and honestly, I don't blame her. Flaps are FUN! And who wouldn't want to help the busy chef as he flips the pancake, chops the carrots, and bakes the cake!

Those well-loved books often become some of our sweetest memories, and they're the stories that help create lifelong readers. ❤️

Did you know coloring is much more than just a fun activity?
As little hands color pumpkins, leaves, acorns, and woodland friends, they’re building important early learning skills!

One of our favorite fall activities is pairing a seasonal coloring page with a story. Read a fall-themed book together, then let your little artist color what they discovered while reading. It’s a simple way to turn storytime into a hands-on learning experience!

Labor Day reminder: you don't have to be productive every minute of the day! (Hello brain... that means you!)

❤️Sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down a little.
Read a book. Take a nap. Sit outside. Ignore the laundry for a few hours. Let the kids be bored. Enjoy the people you're with.

I'm choosing to embrace a little of that today. Because honestly? The to-do list will still be there tomorrow. 😉

🇺🇸✨ Happy 4th of July! Where are you celebrating this weekend? My family and I are enjoying the sunshine at the beach!!

I realized it's been a little while since I've checked in here... so I wanted to pop in and say hello. ❤️
More than anything, I want to thank each and every one of you for your love, encouragement, and support throughout this chapter of my journey. It truly means more than you know.

And yes... I'm still here! 😊 I'm still sharing some of the most wonderful children's books, and I still believe there's nothing quite like watching a child fall in love with reading. One book at a time, we're helping families create memories that last a lifetime. 📚💕
