Friday Fuel — Nourish What God Entrusted to You 🌿

We’ve been talking about renewing our minds—and one of the beautiful things that happens when our thinking changes is that we begin to see our bodies differently, too.

Not as something to criticize.
Not something to punish.
But as something God has entrusted to us.

A few simple reminders for the weekend:

💧 Hydrate well.
🥗 Choose foods that nourish and satisfy you.
💪 Move your body because it was made to move.
😴 Give yourself permission to rest and recover.
🙏 Practice gratitude for the body God has given you.

Healthy stewardship doesn’t have to be complicated. Small, faithful choices matter.

And remember—we aren’t chasing perfection. We’re learning to honor God with what He has entrusted to us. 💚

📅 SAVE THE DATE!

Our next Strong to Serve gathering is:

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21
6:30 PM

We’ll continue our conversation on Renewing the Mind and spend time putting what we’re learning into practice together.

If you missed our last gathering, please come anyway! You haven’t missed your opportunity to be part of Strong to Serve. Come as you are—we’d love to have you with us.
