If you were thinking of ordering some Mad Marshmallows to warm up your winter, now is the time! We are taking a break from farmers markets this winter and decided to also pause sales on the website during this time period. This will give us time to create some all new flavors when we relaunch in the spring!
Very limited quantities are still available of some of our flavors on our website. Once these are sold out, the website will be temporarily closed.

Did you know that we sell cake pops at our markets? Flavors change weekly! Today at we have Birthday Cake covered in milk, dark, or strawberry chocolate as well as carrot cake with cream cheese chocolate! Yes, it’s a thing! We will be here from 9am-1pm today!

Mad Marshmallows is all about seeing the world a little differently and our weekly market projects are just that! A dome of milk or dark chocolate hiding vanilla marshmallow and a fresh made chocolate chip cookie! The next steps are to let the marshmallow set, paint the cookie with the matching chocolate type, then decorate the dome with sprinkles! Not sure what we are naming these yet, but we are so excited for you to try them!

The Mermaid Cakesicles sold out today at ! I definitely want to make these again.
Hidden inside the white chocolate shell is a layer of French vanilla cake and a layer of blue mermaid marshmallow (tropical flavor). Topped with a shimmery edible mermaid tail and .shop Pastel Donut Sprinkle Mix.
