So we are 5 short weeks away from our Hobby swap and fund raising event for assistance in opening our Paradox tavern on August 1st ! With that said I Have info on how that will work ! For General People attending the hobby swap and auction the entire gaming space will be closed off for the event and general admission will be $5 to enter the event . If you aren't attending the event that day the retail side will still be open for business as usual .
For those looking to rent a table to sell their old hobby stuff ( tcgs, models , nerdy merch etc ) you will be able to do half of one of our card tables for $25 for the event or one of our large wargame tables for $75 for the event . If you wish to do this DM me personally on discord ()and I’ll get you an invoice and your spot number assigned .
If you are a vendor or a Buisness owner you can also sponsor the event for a donation ! I already have a few folks ill be reaching out to tomorrow with this but if you have an idea on how you would like to help with the event I'm all ears because of course each business will have different needs .
In addition to the general hobby swap we will also be doing silent auctions ! These auctions will be items from you in the community ! so how it works is you'll get any item you wish to put into the auction at least 1 week prior to the event , we will take photos and promote the item and put the item into the auction . the seller will get 80% of the sold item while we take a 20% listing and auction fee .We are also going to have a live auction with items donated by us and we got some pretty sick and unique stuff for that so you do not want to miss that !
Finally if you don't want to participate in the event but wish to to donate the cause we are also cooking up rewards for that as well !
