We don't all have the same 24 hours in a say. Your plan shouldn't pretend that we do.

Planning for my real life didn’t make me less ambitious. It took away the pressure to constantly do more and helped me create days that actually feel doable.

I still have goals. I still have long to-do lists. But now I can end the day feeling good about what I did instead of guilty about what I didn’t.

Because I’m not planning for her 24 hours anymore.
I’m planning for mine. 🤍
