🍄 Blowing the dust off House Shroom… 💨
It’s been a little while since the last pop-up.
For the past year or so, I’ve been exploring mushroom sushi and a few other fungi-forward ideas, and I’m excited to finally share some of them with y’all.
Join me at Chef Around the Block on Thursday, August 27 for an evening of mushroom sushi concepts, Juicy Lucy sliders, and a menu built around curiosity, some peculiar technique, and pretty damn tasty food.
