Itโ€™s always inspiring to find beauty in unexpected places. For 2026 Lauritzen Gardens Antiques & Design Show co-chair Amber Gard, thatโ€™s part of the magic of Lauritzen Gardens. Tucked into the heart of Omaha, 100 acres of stunning scenery creates a breathtaking escape from the hustle and bustle of the downtown metro. That same appreciation for beauty is at the heart of the Lauritzen Gardens Antiques & Design Show, where one-of-a-kind antiques, art, design, and people come together to blossom into an awe-inspiring experience.

Watch as Amber shares some of what she loves about Lauritzen Gardens and its Antiques & Design Show, and why sheโ€™s looking forward to this yearโ€™s event.

Want a first look at whatโ€™s in store? Join us for the Preview Party and be among the first to shop the Lauritzen Garden Antiques & Design Show on Thursday, September 24 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Register for the Preview Party at omahaantiqueshow.org.

An a-peeling sight to see climbing up our garden trellises are the bright blooms of this black-eyed Susan vine (๐‘‡โ„Ž๐‘ข๐‘›๐‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘”๐‘–๐‘Ž ๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘Ž๐‘ก๐‘Ž 'DL1501' TANGERINE SLICE A-PEELยฎ). This cultivar features reddish-orange flowers with yellow stripes on the outside border of each petal, resembling the look of a sliced tangerine. As it is a fast-growing, climbing vine, this plant is a great option to add color in a vertical setting. Come check it out in the Robert H. Storz Family Rose Garden.
