Here’s what I loved: insanely beautiful natural light, open design with 25 feet ceilings, huge back room, polished cement flooring for easy furniture moving and clean up, huge 10 ft beautiful cash desk included, nice neighbors, lots of professional offices, good management, high end 5 mile demographics.
I can see—retail, salon, studio, florist, beverage, bakery, ice cream.....
Agent is great and can answer all ??s and showings. Or pop in anytime for a peek.

AN HERB FOR OCTOBER | ELDERBERRY

Every fall, I forage elderberries and make a huge batch of elderberry syrup for my family. I just made this year’s batch last week.

Elderberry has a long tradition of use during cold and flu season and is especially loved for supporting the immune system. Those deep purple berries are one of my favorite signs that fall has arrived.

You’ll find elderberry in two blends this season:

Be Well — my cool-weather herbal blend with elderberry, echinacea, hibiscus, rosehip, ginger and lemon.

October Blush — a beautiful limited-edition High Autumn tea, where elderberry joins apple, rose, red clover, rosehip, cinnamon and clove.
