Have you ever switched to aluminum-free deodorant because you started learning more about aluminum and parabens… only to end up thinking, “Okayyyy but why am I suddenly fighting for my life over here?” 😅

Yep. Been there.

Here’s the thing:
Your body is SUPPOSED to sweat… especially from your pits. That’s one of the ways your body naturally helps release toxins. But after years of swiping on products loaded with aluminum and other junk, those pores can get pretty clogged up.

Think of it like blackheads on your nose. Sometimes we’ve gotta detox things out first before things can function the way they’re supposed to again.

There was a season where I thought being exhausted was normal.
