Our new order of Torani and related coffee items got in yesterday. White chocolate powder is restocked! Torani flavors are back, including sugar-free! And it's Fall, so pumpkin flavors are in too!

Some new Azure products are in. Molasses! A couple new flours, buckwheat (GF) and spelt, to go with their bread flour and other specialty flours we have available.

Spelt flour is no longer available from Bluebird Grain Farms. It's been discontinued. We do still have one 25lb bag of spelt flour and one of rye flour that are being closed out if anyone wants a big discount on those.

A new Costco truckload is in early this morning! TP and paper towel are back in stock. Plus more coffee and other popular items.

We can still order in more of our recent frozen meat deals, for a limited time, so I'll recap them for anyone interested before they go away.

We have seasoned beef patties, extra wide, 75/25 quarter pounders, individually quick frozen, in a 15 pound case for $74.85 (~$4.99/lb)! IQF is great for repacking in ziplocs, or just taking them out of the case as you need them. LIMITED QUANTITIES!

There's ONE case left of Ground beef, 75/25 fine ground, (2) 5lbs vac pack, 10lbs case, $59.99

We also have cases of bulk Chicken Fried Beef Steak fritters, breaded and ready to fry. These are big steaks, 11oz, and there are 15 of them in a 10lb case. Just $48.99!

And our popular and ongoing bulk bacon deal is still around, but has been updated with a different product due to manufacturer availability. This bacon is from Hill Meat Company. It's their thick sliced bulk value bacon, in a 15 lb case. It's considered a #2 product, it's not perfect and that's why it's a deal. (The photo shows a retail pack, that is NOT how this product is packed, but shown as an example of the slices.) Frozen. 15lbs for $56.99.

I found this Lotus Energy flavor "cheat sheet" with flavor combination recommendations a while back and wanted to share it with all you.

We carry all Lotus Energy flavors, except Cascara and Gold. I understand that the White is just the colorless version of Gold, which shows off the colors of the mix-in flavors best.

We carry many flavors of Torani syrups to pair with your Lotus Energy, so you can craft your own custom beverages!

LOTUS CHEAT SHEET

This sheet explains what each lotus concentrate is infused with and the flavors that we recommend for each concentrate. Obviously you can choose whichever concentrate you prefer with whichever flavor you prefer these are just our recommendations.

Gold lotus is your original lotus and will pair well with any flavor and white lotus is the same just a clear alternative so that it makes any flavor and color you choose really colorful!

We have our Kirkland Signature toilet paper and paper towels back in stock today! Plus a number of other Kirkland products that we've been out of for a bit. I believe we now have everything back in stock that is a regular Kirkland item (not from out of area or discontinued, etc). So if you've been missing something from Costco, now's the time to come in and grab it, as the unit quantities are pretty limited for now!
