A quick Fair Week reminder: don’t forget the hearing protection! 🎧

The grandstand can get LOUD — especially during tractor pulls, demolition derbies and other high-energy events — and little ears need extra protection.

If you’re bringing young children, please consider packing earmuffs or other hearing protection for them before you head to the fair.

And as always, free ear plugs are available in the Fair Office for anyone who needs them.

Sneak Peek: Sunday, August 16

The 139th Delaware County Fair begins Sunday with a relaxed day on the grounds and free admission for everyone.

Enjoy the Open Horse Show, Jersey Parish Show and Open Goat Show, along with the New Hope Church Service in the Entertainment Tent and an evening Vespers Service.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to explore the fairgrounds, take in the agricultural traditions and ease into a full week of fair fun.

Tuesday is Children’s Day at the Delaware County Fair—and this year it’s bigger than ever! 🎡🚲

The fun starts at 10:00 AM with the Power Wheels Derby, followed by a full day of activities and giveaways for kids.

At 2:00 PM, the Fair will give away 250 red, white and blue bikes in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. Dreamland Amusements is also giving away $1,000 in cash prizes, including thirty $25 prizes and one $250 grand prize.

Plus, don’t miss the free giant ice cream sundae at 3:00 PM!
