Hi everyone! 🪿

For those of you who may not know me, my name is Ryia, and I’m the owner of Silly Goose Kids Boutique here in Ontario, Oregon! 🌿

I thought it was about time I introduced myself a little more and shared the story behind this little dream of mine.

Silly Goose started from a place of curiosity. I began researching the materials we surround ourselves with every day, especially the clothing we put on our little ones, and the more I learned about natural fibers, the more passionate I became. I started dreaming about creating a place where families could find beautiful, thoughtfully chosen pieces made with materials like cotton, linen, and wool.

And just like that, Silly Goose was born! 🪿

What started as an idea has turned into so much more than I ever imagined. Getting to build something of my own, be part of our little community, meet so many wonderful families, and watch this dream grow has been such a special experience. Being a small business owner definitely comes with its challenges, but it also comes with moments that remind me exactly why I started.

My goal has always been to create a boutique that feels a little different. A place filled with natural fibers, timeless pieces, sweet little treasures, and clothing that can be loved, worn, and passed down. A little cottagecore, a little western, and a whole lot of heart.

If you’ve ever shopped with me, shared a post, recommended Silly Goose to a friend, or simply cheered me on from afar, please know how much it means to me. Every bit of support helps keep this little dream alive, and I never want to take that for granted.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead for Silly Goose, and I can’t wait to share more of the behind-the-scenes, the things I’m working on, and all the little dreams I have for this business with you!

Meet Lucy Goose! 🪿💕

Lucy is going to be our very own Silly Goose boutique trailer, and I cannot wait to take her on the road!

She already has quite a bit of her own personality thanks to her previous boutique owner, so we’re going to give her a little Silly Goose magic — some fresh paint, our branding, and of course that cottagecore-with-a-little-western-twist feel. 🌸🩵🪿

This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to show you what we have planned!
