Let’s highlight one of my graduation package orders! The customer selected Package 2 but chose to swap out a few items to better fit her needs—which is absolutely fine. Her deposit was paid in advance, and her mock-ups are already complete and ready to go.

The reason I’m calling it quits after next month.. isn’t because I’m overwhelmed, it’s because I don’t have enough sales flowing to remain active. What once was something I loved to do which turned into my main source of income, is now bringing me less income. I’m struggling and not afraid to admit that.
Chargebacks and refunds are damaging my business. I simply just can’t keep taking losses
