On today's episode of "What's going on at Daxx?" 🤣
"What’s in that drink?, that's actually my shop over there, that’s my dog somewhere around here, and what drink was that again?"

Tonight I somehow became the bartender at the patio bar with ZERO bartending experience... and it went about how you're imagining…

6 (ish hours) & I'd like to formally submit my resignation. I've always respected people in the service industry, but after tonight I'm convinced y'all deserve free therapy, a raise, and a paid vacation. 😆

After making the first TWO mixed drinks in my entire LIFE (literally), the guy looked at me and said, "We've got 14 more people coming." I laughed thinking he was joking.. He wasn't😂

I had 16 people waiting on drinks... while they were also teaching me how to make the drinks. And no, I'm still not kidding LOL!
The good news is everyone got a drink.
The better news is I only got one "meh." Apparently my margarita wasn't my strongest work. 🥲

Special thanks to Google, the customers who coached me through their own drink orders, and blind optimism. 🤣

From my customers to my new friends at the bar, you guys are awesome.turns out confidence really can get you surprisingly far. My competence, however, is still under review. 🍻🤣

I have the best customers ever!!! The sweetest customer brought Daxster this awesome treat..He‘s not fat… he is well loved(and fluffy.. at least that’s my story and I’m sticking to it)🤣🤣
