Pokemon players and collectors, here is how tomorrow will work for 30th Anniversary

1. I don't know what time I will be getting product. Do not line up or we will not sell to you. I don't do line ups because people act out.

2. Each Player that has attended an event within the last 30 days will be eligible for 1 ETB and 1 other Sku Line. You will have through next Tuesdays event to get your ETB before its released to the shelves.

3. Products will be at MSRP as always and limited as always.

4. Not all product will be put out up front and will be spread out throughout the weeks. No ETBs will be put out until everyone that attended events has an opportunity to get theirs.

5. Show up next Tuesday at 7pm and we will have some League tasks to be able to get more products.

6. Remember this is a trading card GAME, trade the cards, play the game and I will always reward those people over those who want to make a quick buck.

7. If you get upset with these guidelines then I'm sorry but I want people that enjoy the hobby and the game to get their product before the ones that ruin it for those people.

8. Don't act out or I will be as absolutely strict with the repercussions as I can. Up to and including involving whoever needs to deescalate the situation and make sure that you will not be allowed to come back to the store.

Some Changes to Weekly Events for all games.

Entry will be free for all events!!!!! Top players will still be rewarded in store credit.

Here's how it works:

$5 per player put into the prize pool by the store. Top players will split the prize pool based on attendance.

2-4 players - Top 1
5-8 players - Top 2
9-16 players - Top 4
17+ players - Top 8

For Example, we have a 16 person event, there will be $5 per player put into the prize pool for a total of $80 in Store Credit. That $80 will be split evenly amongst top 4 of that event for $20 each.

This change is in a trial status for the foreseeable future with a hope of it working for the store and the players for a long term solution.

This will NOT impact Release Events or Special events like Store Championships, New Type Challenge, Treasure Cup, Skirmishes Rare Battles or the like. Those events will still have their own prize support structure and entry as communicated within those event details.

This change is to invite casual players to weekly events, remove the bar of entry to allow players who may not be able to play otherwise, streamline the player and employee experience with each game, allow players to try out games with no out of pocket costs, and increase the payout to top players to make the time worth the prize support for players competing for those top spots.

Looking at the store's calendar and what makes the best sense to the store we will be running Events on Wednesday's starting at 7pm.

To regulate to the best of our capabilities Product will be exclusively available to the players attending these events for this 2 week period.

We will then continue to run Events on Wednesday through the rest of the Beta Timeline. After the initial Beta Release Events Events will be Pack Per Win. Release Events will be casual and not have any prize support as everyone is learning as they go.

We will have Beta Booster Boxes and Beta Starter Decks Available Strictly to Beta Release Event participants at the conclusion of those events.

We will announce Event Details for the Release event and everything as we get closer to those dates.

Show a great store some support and love, I can only imagine the stress and frustration something like this could cause. Luckily, no one was seriously injured.

We just had a car go through our store guys. Things are gonna be messy for a bit.

We've expanded our selection some more and merchandised it better so that everyone can see what's there without having to dig.

Starting next week we will be working on getting the back log of used minis put in the system and get them out for you all as well.

More importantly we are prepping for some learn to plays for 11th edition and in the coming month a league for players to experience a world deserving of the Warhammer community as a whole. Stay tuned for some epic game play coming in the near future.
