Pioneer Valley Fancy home-made jams and jellies made the way the pioneers made them! We make them by hand in small We are a food processing company.

We manufacture products under our brands as well as packing for other companies. (Please note that we do NOT have a store, are NOT open to the public, and do NOT have set business hours. Please call ahead of time if you want to come by and pick something up - I would hate to miss you!)

We used to cut and wrap our caramels all by hand. Then we moved to a late 1800s piece of equipment before moving to our current cut & wrap machine.

Ricky feeds the caramel from the batch roller into the rope sizer to get us started. The rope sizer squeezes and stretches to rope of caramel to the perfect size.
