Here are some signs you may need to replace your brake drums:
-Visible cracks on the drum
-Uneven heat discoloring on the drum
-The inner diameter of the drum exceeds the allowable limit (120 inches)
-Metal scraping sound while braking
-Too much or too little pressure when braking
