Pricing guide for being able to sell the maximum amount of stuff you list in the database!

With over 25 years of data, these percentages will not only get you the most money back, but are also the price parents will purchase gently used items at with no hesitation!

Math explanation: if a stroller cost $100 retail, you could price it at $30-35 at Rhea Lana’s of Utah Valley!

The lowest price item our database allows is $4 (or a $20 retail item) If you have items that are less than $20 retail, bundle those items with others to reach the $4 minimum!

Remember: if you wouldn’t buy it, another parent probably won’t either. This is the place where parents come to find quality items for their kids🩷

We are so excited for our BACK TO SCHOOL EVENT taking place THIS SATURDAY AUGUST, 15TH!

The event starts at 9:00 am! ⏰

We are giving out FREE school supplies + providing valuable community resources! 🎒

It will be a great event! ☺

Supplies Needed ⬇️

-safety pins (I like 1 1/2 inch)
-string labels (1 3/4”— get them cheap at Walmart or amazon)
-plastic hangers (kid sized)

Additional supplies possibly needed:
-permanent marker
-masking or painters tape
-ziplock bags
-plastic wrap

Use what you have at home! :) get creative. Can’t wait to make $300 with you!

5) At the end of our events, we let foster and military families come shop for free, thanks to our consignors who willingly donated their unsold items 💕 after that, the items get distributed to local non-profit partners!

My plan ⬇️

As I do laundry this week, I’m pulling out stuff that’s too small for my kids and putting it away.

I’m also just chucking everything into one place that we’re not using. Clothes, toys, shoes, baby gear, etc.

Next, I’ll go buy $10 worth of supplies so I can consign this at Rhea Lana's of Utah Valley this Fall.

Let’s hope I make more than $300!??
