House-made tomato tartar, marinated eggplant & mushroom skewers, toasted garbanzo beans and fresh organic herbs.

This plate is an inspiration from my recent trip to NY from my favorite vegan spots, Candle and also my days in the Florida summers i would spend grilling vegetables from my garden. 🌱

I wanted to use the local summer crops but also add a more elevated feel with the tomato tartar. Together with the charred vegetables and the light and slightly smokey tomato tartar just reminds me of a summer campfire. It takes 2 days to make this dish so it is made with a lot of love 💕 come get it while you can

This dish is 100% vegan, gluten free, & soy free

LOMO SALTADO 🇵🇪
House-made tomato sauce, stir fried local tomatoes, red onions & portobello "steak", house-made fries, mozz, & ají amarillo crema.

💚 If you don't know this dish, let me introduce you, Lomo Saltado is a traditional Peruvian/Chinese fusion (Chifa), stir fried tomatoes, ají amarillo, red onions, usually skirt steak (but for this we use portobellos), & always topped with french fries

This dish was definitely a comfort food growing up as a kid. Getting older is definitely making me feel nostalgic so hope y'all enjoy our secret and special this week, it is truly made with all the love 💕

This week we're going back to the beginning of my culinary career, and cooking up one of the first dishes I made in culinary school, ratatouille, but with a little twist 💗

ROASTED RATATOUILLE 🍅🍆
Local zucchini, tomatoes & eggplant tossed with some garbanzo beans,fresh oregano from our garden & topped with the most delicious fig balsamic glaze (sourced responsibly).
All of that on top of some local sourdough from our neighbors Marie Bernadette Girvin

During these difficult times where we can't even trust our grocery stores, I'm proud to always support our local community and farmers to create the most nutritious dishes for y'all (more on this later 😏).
