EL ELOTE 'ZA 🌽

Our new secret slice!

The elote pizza pays homage to the iconic Mexican street food, the street vendors that work hard selling them and the farmers who harvest this beautiful crop.

Garlic cream base, local corn, pickled jalapeños, pickled red onions, green onions, chipotle "mayo", cotija cheese, local cilantro micros, tajin & lime

* This pizza is vegetarian but can be made vegan with our tofu ricotta & "queso" fresco.

Muchísimas gracias for all your support and pulling up on cinco de mayo for our kitchen takeover

We had so much fun cooking our tacos again and it was so great to see so many familiar faces, apologies to those who were not able to get our tacos, y'all REALLY showed up and we sold out in less than two hours!!

I am forever grateful for being able to feed this beautiful community and just know that we are definitely planning on a part II and this time we making DOUBLE the amounts of everything.

MOJO MUSHROOM

we got a new secret rolling out this week and it is riquísimo!!

Our chef creation and an homage to his Cuban roots 🇨🇺

Garlic cream base, chimichurri, mojo marinated mushrooms, calabarian chili, caramelized onions, & a house-made cilantro lime sauce

This pizza is naturally vegetarian and can be made vegan with our tofu ricotta, just ask!

Earth day is everyday when you pay attention and live with intention. 🌎✨

Every little decision you make creates a reaction to this earth, even if it's small it makes a huge difference so don't let anyone stop you from giving a f**k.

I do my part every day to respect mother earth, even tho it's hard in a state that continues to destroy its own diversity, I still show up (because honestly Florida needs all our help to thrive).

I have been vegetarian/plant based for over 20 years and thru out that journey I have been more and more focused on how I can do better to tend to the land that I live on.

Having the opportunity and blessing to travel the world, seeing the most beautiful sights and learning from indigenous folks on how to tend to it , those lessons I have kept with and has continued on -- on how I tend to my own garden, live my life and even how I run any kitchen that I step into.
