Good Morning,

Today is another fulfillment day. We're receiving inventory for speciality orders, elusive consoles and replacements for previous orders. If your order was/is at minimum 5 to 6 weeks old, made before May 28th, it'll be in this incoming inventory. Expedited orders two weeks to three weeks since purchase are in this order.

All will receive their tracking information between 7pm EST and 11pm EST. If you do not receive it prior to midnight, please contact us. For replacement orders and exchanges, your items are shipped as an express shipment. This means you receive the order the day after it ships. If your physical address has changed from the address that appears in shipping information.

Please contact email support to make a change, including your order information, name, original address and new address. Must pass review. Please review all the information above before contacting. The answers to many of your questions are likely answered above or by newsletter emails that get sent out. The more messages we get the less likely we can answer all in timely manner.

Please be mindful that we're busier than usual as this is the largest incoming inventory we've ever received and the bigger shipment doesn't arrive until tonight. Not all items will go out at once. We've set dates as far back as we can on trackers. That doesn't mean your item will ship that far back. We just don't want to have everyone thinking theirs will go out today. It will not.

Happy 4th of July!!! Today also marks our Anniversary. As we've reached yet another milestone! And with this milestone, it's also important for us to get back to the basics and what makes us what we are. Being a platform, website and community about living your best life. We know many of you found us for our ability to get some of your favorite items, services and collectables from our worldwide connections. We're happy to serve. But we're more than that.

We've seen what we want and don't want for our community, figured out problems in our retail company we need to fix, planned some awesome things coming in the future, made connections, made new partners, some partners didn't work out, made more new partners. Made people happy, made dreams come true and made people upset. Gave once in a lifetime job opportunities, gave away over a thousand meals, gave away gifts and goodies to children in need. Gave people the chance to travel the world after a year of the world feeling like its coming to an end, helped students pay tuition, started a housing program and so much more!

We're grateful to those of you who have shown love and support and we wish you a beautiful life. Even to those of you that haven't, or come around with crazy, negative, trash talkers, impatient individuals for items not easily available and you couldn't find elsewhere. And lastly, those who use our platform to acquire items and do the very thing we try hard to fight against( price gauging). We still love you from a distance and we wish you the best!

Good morning,

It's our first day after shutting down new PlayStation 5 orders. This only effects the PS5 sales, all other items will continue. We're working on the orders of all of you with uncompleted, full order fulfillment. We're removing our posts that give information for ordering PS5s as we don't want to mislead anyone on here to think we're still selling or likely to start selling again anytime soon.

This is our time to focus on fixing shipment issues and performing quality enhancements of our services and our partners services. It saddens us anytime we get reports of mistakes made, missing items, stolen packages, packages being left without signature and other issues. We're focusing on recovering and coming up with discreet, secure, fast and efficient ways to deliver. Thank you all for your support, patience and positivity!

We have an announcement! Please Read!

Itโ€™s been an absolute honor helping so many of you get your favorite gaming consoles. But on Tuesday June 7th, we will no longer be accepting new orders for gaming consoles (PlayStation 5 Disc and Digital). This gives us time to sort out shipments to all current orders and use extra inventory we will have as replacements when needed. If you currently have an order or create an order before Tuesday June 7th, we will process your order. All other items and orders will continue processing as usual, this doesn't affect them. We want to be clear on that, this is only for Playstation console orders, new orders will not be accepted after June 7th cut off.

In recent weeks we've experienced numerous issues in trying to get preorders out to our customers due to issues with carrier pickups, wrong address deliveries, customer orders using payment methods not belonging to them, missing packages, packages left by drivers without signature being taken etc. We need time to recalculate our partnerships and processes. For those who have ordered if the wait is to long, you find something sooner or anxiety is to much, Direct message us to cancel. Any Bonus items sent out(Controllers, Gift Cards, Vouchers or Headsets) are yours to keep.

Regrettably, in trying to gift items to those experiencing delays, be as communicative as possible, provide shipping calendars etc. and recover from issues experienced we've added to the confusion and issues. So, we're taking time to improve and to make sure we and our shipping partner current or new are fully equipped, ready and on the same page.

Being completely transparent our Retail portion of the Company operates with minimum, bare bones staffing from customer service/social media that runs 24/7, to skeleton warehouse staffing, creators of our own manufactured items. All to minimize costs and keep our pricing as competitive as possible. Our team works incredibly hard and in recent weeks the experience, pressure and energy has been too overwhelming. Our efficiency isn't where we want it to be, and more mistakes and errors are being made. In all honesty, many arenโ€™t merciful when a mistake is made, despite seeing the successful process for others.

Thank you to everyone that has come around and shown support and trust in us. We're proud to have helped thousands of you get your favorite gaming consoles in a market that has been less than kind to you. To those effected by wait times and issues, we're incredibly sorry but look forward to making things right for you. If you have any issue with your order or shipping, PLEASE, reach out to us directly so we can help resolve. In the meantime we will continue sales with everything else. But Tuesday June 7th will be the end of PlayStation Console selling. Current order and orders made before that end date will continue to be processed.

Sharing a little explanation of how our order process works. Especially as we remove order groups moving forward, the last being May 31st. As some of you see it can get overwhelming for our local shipping partners and we want to help alleviate some of that for them and reduce delays for you as customers.

Hello Beyonders,

This order group has been....challenging. We're grateful for all our your patience. As you should know from email blasts we sent to every web subscriber, our pickups with our wonderful and hardworking Partners at FedEx have moved slower than expected past week and half due to the quantity of items going out. But our final pickups are Monday night and Tuesday Morning for the last few orders. And then Tuesday night we start all over again next order group. ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ช

Big changes are coming! Some are already beginning to take effect. It would be wise to subscribe to our website so you're kept informed and ensure email on your account is up-to-date.

Currently already in effect; Our Preorder structure has changed so, FUTURE preorders are no longer mass groups trying to go out all at once over a short period of time. Instead, it's based on an estimated 4 to 6 week period from order to delivery. Those who want/need expedited processing can pay for it to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks time. Tracking information will be sent after packages are in transit. This will help our shipping partners reduce delays and being overwhelmed, help all customers so that your regular purchases aren't slowed when we have preorder shipments, help those with preorders from being delayed and finally help our teams, partners and distributors not be as overwhelmed. Our last "group" is May 31st.

Happy May 3rd, It's another day of Console Release in warehouses for the May 3rd group! We're so thankful to help get these out to you over the next week or two, as the last of previous order group finally settled into their new homes. As always we try to work with shipping carrier to give best estimate on when your package will arrive to you. That estimated day factors in an anticipated shipment day. You can see what day it'll likely ship!

Trailer always arrives in the evening, after 5pm EST. Today we know it is running a few hours behind but once it's in and inventory released to us our team will begin unloading and processing tracking information out to you via email. It's a new day, more Orders for your favorite consoles to help you Relax and Live your best life. April 19th order group, Let's see if we can keep this one short and sweet ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

Consoles are received in the warehouse in the evenings always after 5pm no exact time, they're brought in on a trailer that experiences traffic delays etc. Once arrived this evening and signed for we will send everyone their tracking information via email, so that as it ships out to you via FedEx you can track it. Packages are picked up daily until they're all out of the warehouse.

We and FedEx have adapted and learned from previous cycle. Your tracking information includes estimated delivery date which factors in date of pickup, plus transit time to give a estimated delivery date. Please use FedEx online account or FedEx app to help manage your delivery like changing to pickup at local FedEx office or local drop and ship stores. It's a really great tool and gives you notifications like when its picked up or out for delivery. It can even tell you the date, we and FedEx have calculated they're likely to pickup your package so you don't have to ask when it ships or for updates. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰ 4/19 group your time is coming

Walmart + shoppers will have the chance to purchase next generation gaming consoles tomorrow 4/19, 12 Noon EST on Walmart.com while supplies last. Estimated delivery time will vary based on availability Walmart deliveries are completed typically in a range of a few days to within three weeks. Please remember you must be a full Walmart + subscriber the option will not be available if you're under free trial membership.

Last pickups for 4/05 console order group goes out today. It's been a process learning FedEx system and for them to learn ours.

To get status updates on your orders best practice is using Shipping Service Website or APP to lookup all incoming orders in your name to help eliminate confusion. Remember it must be in your name and matching information given to us at time of order to identify correct shipment.

We're sorry for the bumps along the way but it happens with any changes and trials. If you don't want it delivered to your home you can reach out to carrier and have it picked up at their location. All packages will require a signature, if a driver drops off without it please report it to us. Furthermore, order specific questions and concerns cannot be answered in comments, if you truly and genuinely have an issue and want resolution contact us directly not on public forum.

We take care of everyone with patience, positivity and respect. If you come with opposite energy or trolling please understand we don't want that around here. We are a lifestyle. A conscious choice for ourselves, our community and everyone around to live the best life you possibly can and be happy and healthy. If you're coming in with energy that's in opposition of that, the level of patience changes and you're likely to be ejected from community and any order, trip or service canceled.
