Hi Everyone,
We wanted to thank you for all your patience in regards to the Spooky Empire show. As you all know this upcoming weekend is the the rescheduled show. We couldn't be more excited and yet more relived that this is finally happening. Kudos to the promoters for getting all 5 kids plus the chief from Stranger Things to reschedule for this weekend's show. Matt and I can't wait to get all your autograph requests executed and thank you again for sticking with us and weathering the storm. Cheers!

I just saw an update on Spooky Empire's page showing that Finn was just added! So we have David, Millie, Caleb, Finn, and Gaten all confirmed for the December show! We are looking forward to executing your requests for these actors from Stranger Things!

Matt and I appreciate your patience with the whole Spooky Empire situation. The good news is that the guests are continuing to be announced for the December show and....the ST cast continue to be added. Fingers are crossed that all 5 kids will be added! From Spooky Empire!!!! Details to come soon!

After many conversations with the convention center, hotels, agents and staff it looks like we have secured dates to reschedule Spooky Empire!

So please join us for a special Spooky Empire convention this December 2-4, 2016 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

We are working very hard on getting the guest list together and should have some announcements this week. We are working hard on booking some of the guests that were to attend last weekend.

Anyone that has purchased advanced tickets for the October Spooky Empire, we are giving you two options…your tickets will be accepted at either the December rescheduled event OR the April convention (April 21-23, 2017) For general admission ticket holders, there is no notice necessary and tickets do not need to be re-issued, just bring your existing ticket with you to one of the two events.

If you are a VIP package holder, please contact us to let us know which event you’ll be using your VIP package for.
(Emails will be going out to all ticket holders within the next 24 hours)

Due to the rescheduling of this event, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to use your tickets for either of the two events, these tickets are transferable. They may be sold or given to someone that can use them.

EXHIBITORS AND TATTOO ARTISTS: Your booth space will be available to you for either December OR April. However, we do need to know ASAP so that we can plan the space accordingly for each show. Emails are going out to all of you as well.

For everyone that has supported Spooky Empire over the last week, you will not be forgotten!! Everyone that contributed will be a part of this event in one way or another. Your generous contributions will go towards the expenses associated with making this rescheduled event happen. We are forever grateful and humbled by everyone’s support, patience, dedication and generosity. This is truly a family! The thought of possibly having to close Spooky Empire for good was the worst possible outcome for us, and all of your support this past week made us realize we have to do whatever we can to keep moving forward!

Hi Everyone.....here is an update from the folks at Spooky Empire.

An email blast was just sent out, but wanted to make sure this information gets to everyone:

"As you all know by now, we were unfortunately forced to close Spooky Empire this past weekend due to Hurricane Matthew and the closing of the Orange County Convention Center all weekend. This is something that in 14 years of running this event, we've never had to do. It's heartbreaking to say the very least, as we never ever want to disappoint our fans in any way. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control, and in the hands of Mother Nature.

We know you're all awaiting information on refunds, and we are working tirelessly on a solution as we speak. We would never want to leave anyone in the dark when it comes to this.
We want to be as open and transparent when it comes to this situation. So, please keep the following information in mind.

The funds that come from our online ticket sales for the most part go to our show operating expense, anything needed to get the doors open. For example, printing, airfare, hotels, convention space, utilities, set up, merchandise, etc. Much of that is not refundable to us. Some of it is refundable, but we are still in the process of getting it back.

We have begun the refund process for many of you. Photo op and autograph tickets will be refunded first as the money is in process of being returned by the celebrities. We will then process refunds for our vendors and tattoo artists. As for VIP and General Admission tickets, we are still in talks with the convention center about a possible reschedule. If that is not possible, we will work on refunds or a possible credit towards the next event.

Please know we have no intention of holding on to anyone's money, nor do we intend to leave anyone in the dark. That's not how we operate. We will do our best to keep everyone updated as we get more information.

Hi Everyone,
Matt and I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for their patience and understanding of the Spooky Empire situation. It was heartbreaking for all involved and I can tell you the promoters are devastated. As life is getting back to normal here in Central Florida we wanted to update you with what we know so far. The promoters are working on refunding the advanced tickets for the autographs and admission. They have started some of that today. Since it is a family run affair they are taking one step at a time. Some of you have indicated you wish us to keep your items and the money for a bit to see if it will be rescheduled. We have heard that they are attempting but we don't know anything concrete yet. Trust me we want it to happen. Once we have the presale tickets for David and Millie refunded we will reach out to each one of you and you can indicate to us how you would like us to proceed. Matt and I both invested our money in this as well by buying supplies to keep your items safe and ensure they would get the best results for you. As we continue to get information we will be sharing that and keeping you updated all along the way. We encourage you to also follow their page "Spooky Empire" to see updates also.
