Today we had our ‘surprise’ inspection by the Environmental Health Officer. I am delighted to announce that once again we have been awarded the 5 Star Elite Award! The Elite award is given when 3 consecutive 5 Star awards are achieved. Since we opened in 2011, we have consistently been awarded 5 Stars on each inspection (6 inspections to date). I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our hard working staff who tirelessly maintain exceptionally high standards in our kitchen and front of house to ensure these standards are maintained at all times.
