New treasures from Eliza & Eve Handcrafted Natural Stone Jewelry are found this week at The Mercantile Antiques & Uniques in Altamonte Springs, FL.

1. Crazy Lace Agate pendants with woven silver plated wire bails.

2. Large (2 inch diameter) red carnelian or green silver leaf jasper stone " donuts" with wire weaving and triple leather cords (16.5 to 19.5 inches long).

3, More of the popular little earrings with herringbone pattern wire weave. This week's new stones include: picture jasper, rhyolite, faceted amethyst, turquoise, African turquoise, tiger eye, blue lace agate, variscite, and... AAA grade, blue kyonite (at a very affordable price).

It's amazing how semi precious gemstones from the same batch can look so unique. This week, Eliza & Eve shares several small pendants with priority placed upon the uniqueness of the stones. They are all agates. One has obvious "rutile" type formations, Another has what may be "plume" formations. And then to find similar patterns in rectangular and teardrop shaped beads (from separate strands bought on different days) was a really nice treat.

The pendants are now at The Mercantile Antiques & Uniques in Altamonte Springs, FL. Beautiful aqua chalcedony and shell pearl pendants are also available, this time with gold or silver plated options.

On those days when a little pop of color is desired, these earrings can meet the need perfectly. The earrings all have semi precious gem stones in a wonderful range of colors. In addition to their beautiful colors, they are light weight and very easy to wear.

Part of the joy of handcrafted jewelry is that each piece can be obviously or subtly unique. Even when the style of the jewery is similar, gem stones can vary in color or texture.
