In December of 2003 my wife gave me a 1/18 scale model of the car that won the Indy 500 driven by A. She found a "Special" so she bought 2 other cars - Dan Gurney's Spa F-1 1967 winner for her and Jimmy Clark's 1965 Indy 500 winning Lotus 38 - 4 cam Ford. I then discovered eBay and began collecting 1/18 scale replicas of the Indy and Sprint Dirt cars that I saw run at Langhorne and Trenton in the 60's and 70's.
