What kind of Hotwheels collector are you?

Simple right? I’m not so sure. When I started it’s just like everyone. A simple dollar car that brings some joy collecting with the family or finding something after a bad day that picks up your spirits.

Then it turned into chasing grails and buying every single car that was ever made. Buying up collections, starting an LLC, selling on Whatnot, going to Conventions and making friends along the way.

10 years later my son couldn’t care about the newest release, my wife sells diecast full time, and I spend my nights on the couch swapping wheels and sanding bodies.

I no longer care about the grails, but I like getting them for the community and our buyers.

This was my buy the other day. Cards that have been beaten and weathered having hundreds rummage through that bin. Clearing the pegs so new cases are added. They were drilled and parts of them are used for other projects to have some fun.

I want to hear what you love to collect or how you came into Hotwheels and why you stay at it. Post up your favorite builds or collection. Things are tough right now. Let’s spread something we love.

Ok this was completely unexpected. 1-I didn’t haggle. 2-I looked through quickly seeing what was in photos. 3-WTF so much of this wasn’t in the photos!!
