Fall consigning is officially open at Miss Priss.
If your closet is holding a few beautiful pieces that deserve a second life, now is the time. We are accepting Florida fall clothing and accessories, so think rich fabrics and autumn colors. Short sleeves are still welcome. Shorts, swimsuits, flip flops and sundresses can wait for spring.
A few reminders to keep your drop-off quick and easy:
Weekly drop-offs are 10 articles of clothing plus accessories. No Saturday drops.
Everything must be freshly washed and either folded in plastic bags or on hangers and covered with a trash bag to keep your items together. Anything that arrives unwashed is donated, no exceptions.
Shoes go in their own bag, all by themselves. Handbags can go in a bag alone or with your clothing. Jewelry should be tucked into small bags (sandwich bags are perfect) and packed with your handbags or clothing, never with shoes.
And please skip the paper bags. They tear before they make it to the counter.
Mark your calendar: Bike Week drops begin October 2, and the last drop-off of the year is December 4.
Bring your pieces in for their next chapter at 150 W. Granada Blvd. in Downtown Ormond Beach.
